Role Purpose: 

The Key Account Manager drives sales of Caterpillar parts, service solutions, maintenance contracts, and aftermarket support by managing and growing strategic fleet accounts. Acting as the primary customer interface, the role ensures satisfaction, equipment uptime, and sustainable revenue growth aligned with Mantrac Group sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve annual targets for parts, service, rebuilds, and aftermarket solutions while promoting Mantrac/Caterpillar lifecycle support.

  • Act as the primary contact, build strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop account plans, identify opportunities, and convert customer needs into actionable sales.

  • Use CRM to track leads, quotations, and opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts and data.

  • Work with service, parts, and product support teams to deliver technical/commercial proposals and resolve issues.

  • Track competitor activity, provide feedback on pricing and demand, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5–7 years’ experience in aftermarket sales, parts sales, service operations, or industrial customer support environmen

  • Experience in key account management is an advantage

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability

  • Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or industrial dealership environment preferred
