Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field with a recognized certificate in Communicative English, English Language Teaching (ELT), TESOL

• Related English-language qualification is an advantage.

Experience:

• 2- 3 years

• Relevant teaching experience, preferably as a Spoken English, English Language in Kindergarten or Lower Primary Levels

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach basic English speaking and vocabulary skills.

• Conduct age-appropriate English lessons and activities.

• Use songs, stories, and games to support learning.

• Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress.

• Maintain a safe and engaging classroom.

• Communicate with parents about students’ progress.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent spoken English proficiency with clear pronunciation, fluency, appropriate vocabulary, and accurate sentence structures.

• Ability to serve as a positive English-language role model for young learners.

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with children, parents, teachers, and school leaders.

• Ability to use English appropriately and consistently as the language of classroom interaction and instruction.

• Ability to develop children's listening, speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday communication skills.
