Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Laboratory & Quality Control Officer with a background in Chemistry to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for laboratory testing, product quality monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished lubricant and grease products.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.

• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.

• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation and quality control records.

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Haile Garment Industry Zone

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry (required).

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laboratory or quality control experience (experience in lubricant, grease, oil, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage).

• Good understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality control systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good computer skills (MS Office).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good communication skills.
