Job Requirements

Qualification:

• LLB or LLM in Law or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in construction, corporate, contract, labor, or commercial law)

Number Required: 1

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to manage disputes, claims, and compliance matters

• High ethical standards and professional integrity
