Job Summary

The Lead Publishing and Editorial Officer (Video & Photo Editor) is responsible for leading and coordinating the production, editing, and publication of video, photographic, and other multimedia content to promote the organization's activities, achievements, projects, and corporate image. The position oversees video and photo editing, ensures the quality and consistency of published content, manages editorial workflows, and coordinates with relevant departments to produce engaging and professional communication materials in accordance with the organization's communication policies and standards.

• Education: MA/BA Degree in Print journalism, linguistics, or a related field

• Experience: 4/6 years of work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the production, editing, and publication of video and photographic content related to corporate activities, construction projects, events, and organizational achievements.

• Edit and enhance video footage and photographs to ensure high-quality visual presentation and consistency with corporate communication standards.

• Plan and organize multimedia content production in collaboration with the Corporate Communication and Public Relations Department.

• Review, edit, and finalize video documentaries, promotional videos, interviews, event coverage, and other audiovisual materials.

• Coordinate photography and videography activities during corporate events, project visits, official ceremonies, and other organizational activities.

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual narratives for corporate videos and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Raw Footage into polished videos(promos, project updates, documentaries)

• Create short clips for digital platforms(youtube, LinkedIn, Telegram & Facebook)

• Perform color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects

• Ensure all content adheres to ECWC brand guidelines (logos, tone & typography)

• Manage & archive raw footage & final exports

• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate construction milestones into engaging visual stories.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator

Soft Skills

• Strong storytelling, time management,ability to meet tight deadlines
