Job Summary:

Geez Education and Training is seeking Learning & Development Program Support Interns to assist in the planning, facilitation, and administration of training programs. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in EdTech operations, training facilitation, content creation & development, standard digital learning materials design, and participant progress & impact management. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions

• Support the creation, formatting, and design of digital learning materials.

• Maintain participant attendance, track progress, and manage training records

• Operate and update learning content on the EdTech platform

• Provide general administrative and office support to the Education and Training & Development Team.

• Contribute ideas to improve learning processes, program delivery, and participant engagement

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; or demonstrated technical aptitude or has a strong interest in digital learning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using online tools, video conferencing, and eLearning platforms

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
