Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Legal Advisory: Providing legal advice on matters including corporate governance, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Document Drafting & Review: Drafting, vetting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring company activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and monitoring for legal risks.

  • Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on laws and regulations and preparing legal opinions or briefs.

  • Litigation Support: Coordinating with external advocates and assisting with court case preparation, including witness interviews and pleadings.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor 's egree in law (LL.B.) is mandatory, often requiring an additional legal practice certificate or admission to the bar.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in legal practice or corporate legal departments.

  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills for drafting documents and presenting legal arguments.

  • Analytical Skills: High-level critical thinking and research abilities to interpret complex laws and solve problems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
