Job Requirement

• Required Qualification: Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law

• Work Experience: 8/10 years relevant work experience

Required competency

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory frameworks, and international business law applicable to cross-border JV operations.

• Ability to draft, review, and manage JV agreements, shareholder agreements, governance frameworks, and board advisory matters.

• Identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal risks; ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

• High-level negotiation skills and experience handling arbitration, mediation, and multi-party dispute management.

• Providing legal guidance to executives and partners while balancing competing JV interests.

• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive corporate information responsibly.
