Tegoga Cement Factory Share Company (TCFSC) is implementing a 3,200 TPD integrated cement manufacturing project in Tegoga Village, Enderta Woreda, Tigray Regional State. Established under the Ethiopian Commercial Code Proclamation No. 1243/2021, the company is a community-owned enterprise supported by more than 20,000 shareholders from Ethiopia and the diaspora. Tegoga cement project wants to recruit qualified liaison officer at Addis Ababa who fulfills the following criteria.

Job Summary
The Liaison Officer is responsible for maintaining effective relationships between the company and external stakeholders, including government offices, regulatory authorities, local communities, service providers, and other relevant institutions. The position facilitates communication, ensures compliance with administrative requirements, and supports the company's operational activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Represent the company (TCFSC) in dealings with government offices and regulatory authorities
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Capital Market, security exchange authority rules and regulations.
Follow up and facilitate the acquisition and renewal of permits, licenses, and official documents.
Build and maintain positive relationships with shareholders and stakeholders.
Facilitate company meetings, visits, and official events.
Follow up legal, administrative, and regulatory matters affecting company operations.
Prepare reports on liaison activities and stakeholder engagements.
Support management in handling community relations and corporate social responsibility activities.
Ensure timely processing of shareholders registration.
knowledge of Ethiopian import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Act as a primary point of contact for external inquiries and requests.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· MBA/MA/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Management, Marketing Management or a related field.
Experience
· Minimum of 10/12 years of relevant experience for MA/BA respectively in liaison office Management, administration, government relations, or stakeholder management.
· Experience in manufacturing, cement, mining, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
Required Competencies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Good knowledge of government procedures and regulatory requirements.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess an MBA/MA/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience for Master’s degree holders or 12 years for Bachelor’s degree holders is required in liaison office management, administration, government relations, or stakeholder management. Demonstrated expertise in office administration, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, government liaison, institutional coordination, policy implementation, communication, and relationship management is essential.
