Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively case manage, plan, prioritize and complete work within set time frames. Ability to interpret and apply legislation.

• Analyze and evaluate information to identify innovative and practical solutions to problems. •Ability to work in partnership with agency and external stakeholders and establish relationships.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in claim management, including sensitive cases. •Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the agreement.

• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with insurers, Work Safe and agency personnel

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA in Business Management, Public Administration or related field

• Experience: 4 years
