Job Title – Logistics Inventory Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate tallying and stock recording during receiving.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders when needed.

• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and investigate discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inbound/outbound stock registers and documentation.

• Ensure proper stacking, palletizing, and compliance with warehouse SOPs.

• Update internal systems and process GRNs on time.

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.

• Report stock status, damages, losses, or surpluses.

• Collaborate with clients and support receiving operations.

• Perform duties assigned by the warehouse manager.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Team player and self-starter.

• Knowledge of inventory management; WMS experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office.
