Job summary:- A Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in production or manufacturing processes. The role ensures machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and workplace safety procedures are followed.

Key responsibility

• Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines before production starts.
• Monitor machine performance during operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or technical issues.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Follow company safety rules and operational procedures.
• Reduce machine downtime and material wastage.
• Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Operate the cimbria machines and Cimbria colour sorter .
• Applicable computer knowledge/experience Have experience in processing and preparing adequate timely reports and updates 
• Follow all safety rules, especially when working near blades or heavy moving parts. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area. Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

Qualification and Skills

Education:-

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electro Mechanical/mechanical Engineering or related field

Experiance :-

• Minimum 2 years’ experience for Degree holders or 4 years for Diploma holders 
• Experiance in coffee processing industry operation and must be worked cimbria color sorter and machines.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
