The Main Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and quality assurance. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with strong culinary expertise, excellent management skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results. The successful candidate will ensure that meals are prepared and served at the highest standards while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
Lead and manage the kitchen team in daily operations.
Plan, develop, and execute diverse, nutritious, and appealing menus.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet company standards.
Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
Collaborate with management on service improvements and cost efficiency.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of raw materials
Degree or higher in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Preparation.
Minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven expertise in menu development and large-scale food preparation.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
