- Works Closely With: Head of Education, Education Program Team, and fellow teaching staff

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach creative, play-based lessons that build core early learning skills
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
- Track student development and engage families in the learning process
Job Requirements
KG Main Teacher:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 3+ years of experience in KG teaching
- Strong understanding of child-centered, play-based approaches
- Fluent in English and Amharic
