• Prepare plans and budgets for new construction projects and maintenance activities.

• Organize, supervise, and allocate labor efficiently during construction and maintenance works.

• Ensure proper and efficient utilization of construction and maintenance materials.

• Provide immediate response and support to maintenance requests from different departments.

• Ensure all construction and maintenance works are completed to high-quality standards.

• Coordinate with the Farm Manager and Administration Department on construction projects requiring contractors.

• Monitor and follow up on contractor activities and provide progress reports.

• Check material stock levels regularly, and plan and request materials for maintenance and construction in a timely manner.

• Ensure construction activities are progressing according to the company’s plan and report any delays or issues promptly.

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the company’s safety standards and procedures.

• Oversee and follow up on the regular maintenance of tunnels, greenhouses, vehicles, and generators.

• Ensure proper registration and maintenance of logs and records for all maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Level II qualification in General Mechanics, Construction, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a farm environment.

• Strong experience and practical knowledge in machinery operation, maintenance, electrical works, and construction activities.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to maintenance and equipment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance and construction tasks effectively.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
