MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Prepare plans and budgets for new construction projects and maintenance activities.
Organize, supervise, and allocate labor efficiently during construction and maintenance works.
Ensure proper and efficient utilization of construction and maintenance materials.
Provide immediate response and support to maintenance requests from different departments.
Ensure all construction and maintenance works are completed to high-quality standards.
Coordinate with the Farm Manager and Administration Department on construction projects requiring contractors.
Monitor and follow up on contractor activities and provide progress reports.
Check material stock levels regularly, and plan and request materials for maintenance and construction in a timely manner.
Ensure construction activities are progressing according to the company’s plan and report any delays or issues promptly.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the company’s safety standards and procedures.
Oversee and follow up on the regular maintenance of tunnels, greenhouses, vehicles, and generators.
Ensure proper registration and maintenance of logs and records for all maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Level II qualification in General Mechanics, Construction, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a farm environment.
Strong experience and practical knowledge in machinery operation, maintenance, electrical works, and construction activities.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to maintenance and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance and construction tasks effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
