ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance supervision in the plastic manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years as a Senior Technician or equivalent.

• Experience in precision injection molding with multi-cavity molds. Strong team leadership skills.

• Experience in a pen manufacturing company is an advantage.
