Job Summary

The Management Trainee will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and management skills. The role offers hands-on experience across various departments, exposure to senior management, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support the organization's goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or with related field of study.

  • Experience: 1-2 work experience as a Management Trainee Business or Management Capacity is advantageous but not required

  • Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management and leadership skills

  • cross function through various departments to gain a broad understanding of the organization

  • Assist departmental teams with daily tasks, projects, and operational activities

  • Lead or support specific projects as assigned by senior management

  • Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and present findings

  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and processes

  • Monitor and report on operational performance and efficiency

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

  • Prepare and present reports on departmental activities and performance

  • Set and achieve individual performance goals aligned with program objectives

Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding of basic business principles, management practices, and organizational structures

  • Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in team settings
