Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS) is a leading Electronic Payment Processing Company, established by major private banks of Ethiopia. The Company has implemented the first multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure to provide its member banks with a state-of-the-art payment technology to drive ATM, POS, e-commerce, Mobile Banking and other payment channels and provide clearing of Debit/Credit card transactions for the banks. Currently, PSS has vacant position stated below and would like to invite applicants who meet the qualification and required experience listed for this job 

Description of Duties

  • Involve in the formulation and implementation of the 

  • Innovation, Business and Marketing & Branding strategies.

  • Involve in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and process documents for the Innovation, Business and Marketing & Branding functions

  • Identify, approach and establish business partnership with potential partners in Donors, government organs, service providers, financial institutions, Fintech, card schemes and international corporations

  • Manage the development of a wide range of innovative products and services

  • Manage the development of tools to facilitate research, proofs of concepts, and roadmap items

  • Conduct products and services feasibility study, benchmark survey, customer satisfaction survey, marketing, company, industry and country-wide research

  • Develop and present research proposals to management for approval

  • Design and evaluate innovative business models through internal and market analysis, including feasibility assessments.

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business cases that drive growth and market expansion.

  • Manage and optimize the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring continuous value creation and strategic alignment

  • Conduct performance metrics

  • Prepare budget for the work unit

  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring of employees within the department towards effective career development

  • Prepare periodic reports.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • At least 8 years relevant experience in product & business development, partnerships, strategic management, or management consulting.

  • Strong research and analysis skills

  • Strong communication skills and a team player
