Essential Functions
Involve in the development /revision and implementation of the District Office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy;
Coordinate, support and monitor the overall Resource Mobilization plan and performance of branches
Develop and implement ways of maximizing resource mobilization performance of branches and coordinate same with other concerned units;
Provide support in establishing & building customer relationships with corporate retail & MSME customers;
Participate in developing, communicating and following up the implementation of desired customer service quality standards at branches to ensure consistent superior service;
Assess service delivery level at branches of the district office through methods such as customer survey to narrow down the gap against customers ‘perception & experience;
Place ongoing customer communications, benchmarking of best practices and performer in a dialogue about their problem and perceptions;
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Dessie, Adama
Qualification
BA degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,
Experience
8 years of relevant experience in the Banking Operation of which at least two (2) years at supervisory position.
