The HRDM Manager ensures effective implementation of HR operation, talent development and performance management for the company. The role ensures alignment with Group HR policies, supports project staffing, enhances employee engagement, and builds the human capital capability required to meet sales, marketing,construction and customer service demands of the company.

Job Requirements

• BA/MA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related fields. 

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in medium or large organization at list 3 years in an HR supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or sales -driven organization is a strong advantage.

  Skills &  competencies

• Strong HR operations knowledge and labor law expertise.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skill.

• Ability to manage recruitment,performance management and training.

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence managers.

• Analytical mindset with HR reporting and HRIS knowledge.
