The Planning and Performance Management Division Manager is responsible for leading EthSwitch’s corporate planning, performance management, and strategic implementation monitoring functions. The role ensures effective translation of corporate strategy into actionable annual plans, performance frameworks, and measurable results across the organization.

The position serves as a critical middle-level leadership role within the Strategy Department, providing operational leadership, technical oversight, and coordination across business units. The Manager supports the Strategy Director by strengthening execution discipline, performance accountability, and organizational alignment with EthSwitch’s long-term strategy and roadmap.

Job Requirements

• BA/MA/MBA in Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields of studies  

• 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions.

• Professional certifications in Strategy, Performance Management, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Balanced Scorecard, or similar areas are an added advantage.
