The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of school uniforms, from raw material sourcing to finished goods shipment. This role requires a strategic leader who  can  ensure  production  targets  are  met  on  time,  within  budget,  and  to  the  highest  quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager with deep expertise in apparel manufacturing, lean principles, and team leadership.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Proven experience in managing the full production cycle (from concept to shipment).

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, textiles, pattern making, and grading.

• Strong experience with quality control systems and standards in the apparel industry.

• Proficiency in production management software (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience specifically in uniform, work wear, or children swear manufacturing
