Job Requirement

• Qualification: BSc/MSc in Mechanical// Electromechanical  Engineering or related field
• Experience: 10+/8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in managerial level; experience in ceramics or cement industry preferred

 Required Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems and industrial automation is an advantage
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
