Naflet Hotel is a top-notch, world-class hotel originally located in Adama. Currently, Naflet Hotel has completed its preparation to inaugurate operation at Addis Ababa, Arada Park. The hotel aspires to be an internationally franchised chain hotel by building a renowned brand through a high level of service excellence.  

To attain this goal, the hotel is looking for talented and passionate managers for the following positions. 

 Required Number: 1

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage the daily business operations of the hotel 

• Improving revenue & evaluating performance and productivity. 

• Researching and identifying market growth opportunities 

• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans 

• Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values 

• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved 

• Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan. 

• Work on achieving the hotel's vision and mission. 

Job Requirement 

• Education: MA/BA degree in Hotel Management, management, or related field of study

• Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience at a managerial or supervisory level and at least five years’ experience as a general manager in a four- or five-star hotel. 

• Human relations skill 

• Good human relation skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds and proven people management skills. 

• Skills and Abilities:

• Language proficiency

• Good command of spoken and written English is required. 

• Computer skills

• Command of computer applications & working knowledge of PMS software. 

• Industry knowledge 

• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business.
