ATTA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Manager to oversee and grow our online shopping platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and leading digital campaigns to increase customer acquisition and sales.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on ATTA's online platform.
Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to optimize product listings and banners.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare and present reports.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on all campaigns.
Organize online promotional events, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Respond to online customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their needs.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average order value.
Work with the marketing team to align promotions and offers.
Monitor customer feedback and assist in resolving issues quickly.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or order management systems.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
Proficiency with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledge of online consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
