Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Marketer to help promote and manage our property portfolio. You will generate leads, maintain client relationships, and assist in closing deals for property sales, rentals, and management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify property leads
Build and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
Present property offerings and close deals
Negotiate terms and rental/sale agreements
Track and report sales and occupancy performance

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field

• Minimum 1+ year experience in sales, marketing, property management, Real Estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Salary: Negotiable + Commission
