Temer Properties is seeking a qualified Marketing & Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and communication initiatives. The role reports to the Marketing Director.

To lead marketing, branding, promotion, and communication efforts that strengthen Temer Properties’ market presence, drive qualified leads, and enhance brand perception across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing and brand strategy.

• Lead market research and generate insights for business decisions.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

• Oversee content creation and creative production.

• Drive digital marketing, media management, and brand reputation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

• Proven ability in marketing & brand management, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Competencies

• Strong STP, brand strategy, and analytical insight capabilities.

• Creative content development (digital & multimedia).

• Campaign planning, execution, and conversion optimization.

• Digital marketing expertise (Paid ads, analytics, social media etc).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
