Position:
Organization: Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa
Set clear strategies and goals to enhance guest, employee experience, and ensure brand clarity and integrity in all modes of communication
Ensure content representing hotel across print, offline and online media platforms
Ensure content of communication to customers/guests is maintained/monitored for all online, offline mediums
Ensure materials used to represent hotel in various fairs, exhibitions as per brand
Ensure Communication activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
Oversee collateral design and ensure that brand standards are maintained for all mediums of communication. Maintain up-to-date photography as per standards
Work with PR agency and ensure an active database of key press and media people is maintained, and ensure maximum media solicitations and exposures
Assess advertising needs and opportunities for the hotel and obtain initial approval of local media campaign proposals from the Commercial Director and General Manager.
Work with all revenue producing departments in the hotel and ensure most optimal marketing strategy is pursued.
Work closely with the revenue manager in developing relevant marketing strategies
Maintain and monitor digital and social platforms for consistency in content and promotion across channels
Ensure digital and social strategy of the hotel is line with the marketing strategy of the hotel
Ensure that marketing expense budgets are maintained and optimized wherever possible, etc.
Ideally with a university degree in Communications and related field.
Minimum 3 years work experience as Marketing & Communications Manager
Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
