Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Associate to take ownership of our company’s digital presence, design materials, and client engagement efforts. This person will replace our current associate and play a key role in ensuring Laguz continues to stand out visually and communicate effectively.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts

• Develop engaging post ideas aligned with our brand’s tone and mission

• Design social media content using Canva, PowerPoint, and preferably Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Record and edit videos for promotional or informative use • Maintain consistency with brand identity across all platforms

• Ensure all materials reflect company colors, style, and professionalism

• Draft and send holiday greetings, announcement emails, email campaigns, and newsletters

• Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular, professional communication

• Collect feedback and assist in preparing client satisfaction reports or simple analysis

• Monitor engagement and performance of content

• Provide basic reports or insights to help improve future campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

• Expereince: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms)

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in Amharic and English.

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma(optional)

• Experience with or interest in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other professional design/video editing tools

• Strong design sense and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English is a must)

• Creative thinking and ability to take initiative

• Strong organizational and time management skills •

• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships

• Basic data analysis or reporting skills is a plus
