About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Customers Service Management Specialist to join our team. This role ensures that marketing campaigns are consistent with customer experiences and that feedback loops exist to improve both. The specialists typically manage social media, implement marketing strategies, handle customer queries, and analyze performance data to foster brand loyalty and increase sales. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create branding strategies to enhance public perception of toll services. 

  • Implement CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer feedback and resolve grievances 

  • Design loyalty programs and digital marketing campaigns to boost toll adoption. 

  • Conduct market research to identify user needs and service gaps. 

  • Train customer service teams in conflict resolution and communication skills.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience: 

General Experience: 

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Economics, or related fields  

  • Minimum 10 years in strategic marketing and customer relationship management  

Specific Experience:  

  • Minimum of 5 years in toll service branding, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and grievance redressal mechanisms.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Digital marketing certification (e.g. Google Analytics) is preferred.
