Internship Summary

“Grow Your Career While Empowering Members to Save and Prosper.”

This training is an Internship-to-Hire Program. The trainees will have enough knowledge and practical experience on SACCO foundations & professional mindset, member relations & communication skills, saving mobilization & sales techniques, operations, reporting & performance evaluation.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

• Certificate in any course or program

Experience: 0 year

Quantity Required: 20

Salary: Negotiable

Training Duration: 1month intensive training program

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients

• Mobilize savings and promote SACCO financial products and services

• Conduct field outreach and awareness campaigns

• Support member registration and account opening processes

• Maintain professional communication with members

• Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports

• Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities

• Contribute to member satisfaction and institutional growth

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement

• Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork spirit

• Ability to work under targets and field conditions

• Computer proficiency is advantageous
