Lalo Import & Export is a leading importer and distributor of premium cake ingredients and bakery inputs. As we continue to scale our operations and market reach, we are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven leader to head our Marketing and Sales Division.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Executive MBA, or a highly related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food processing, or import-export sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in the bakery and food ingredients sector.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales officers, supervisors, and field representatives to ensure company targets are consistently met.

• B2B & Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-level professional relationships with corporate clients, large-scale commercial bakeries, and key distributors.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and demand shifts to formulate competitive pricing structures and promotional campaigns.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Design the division's annual budget, project quarterly revenue goals, and oversee the cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.

• Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to senior executive management.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven leadership capability, exceptional negotiation skills, and advanced strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM tools is a plus.

• Attributes: High business acumen, data-driven decision-making style, and excellent communication skills in both Amharic and English.
