Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing and sales strategies.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Manage, coach, and motivate the marketing and sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analyses.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Water Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a senior or supervisory position.

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, business development, and sales management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
