Job Requirements

Education: MA/BA in Marketing Management.

Experience: 8/10 years of relevant experience to the position out of which. Experience in marketing management, domestic sales management, market Management, customer services, and etc. in large entities with Trading, agricultural, Transport sector involvement is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plans, organizes, administers, directs and controls all the marketing and sales activities.

   1. Prepares the overall marketing and sales strategy.

   2. Develops a sales plan for the company’s products in line with the marketing strategies for each brand, sales forecasts, and growth strategies. 

   3. Develops a sales plan in line with the pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising avenues, and sales team activities.

   4. Develops sales forecasts for each product line.

   5. Manage sales and promotional events.

   6. Develop relationships with key customers.

   7. Develop strong brand image of the TEKHAF 

   8. Design and distribute marketing materials in conjunction with the sales and marketing people to produce advertising materials. 

   9.  Works with third party advertising agencies, once a plan for promotional materials has been developed, they must ensure it is correctly executed.

   10. Prepares periodic performance report and submit to the Superior.

   11. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the Superior.
