ROMEL is seeking a highly organized & proactive Marketing Coordinator/Officer to ensure the smooth operational execution of all marketing activities. This role is the essential link between strategy & implementation, responsible for trade activity implementation, POSM management, and supporting campaigns across B2C, B2B, and events. 

1. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Campaign & Project Coordination:

    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources between internal teams and external suppliers.

    • Manage the logistics for in-showroom promotions, including POSM deployment & installations, display setups, and promotional material inventory.

    • Manage and monitor customer information alongside promotional activity data. 

  • Administrative & Operational Support:

    • Handle marketing procurement processes: raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and managing payments for marketing vendors and services.

    • Compile data and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.

    • Act as the primary marketing liaison for internal requests from the factory, sales teams, and showrooms.

  • Event & Research Logistics:

    • Provide end-to-end operational support for key events (venue booking, catering, material preparation, registration, on-day coordination).

    • Coordinate & assist on market research activities, including scheduling interviews, distributing surveys, and compiling raw data from field teams.

    • Manage the department’s budget tracker, ensuring expenditures are recorded accurately and aligned with approved budgets.

Job Requirements

2. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing, trade marketing, or marketing assistant role. 

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking & time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.

  • Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
