Role Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the company’s goals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, planning campaigns, promoting products or services, engaging with customers, and driving sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to develop insights and actionable strategies
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and build relationships
• Sales acumen and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM software
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of the Ethiopian market is highly advantageous
