Job’s General Objective-
Contributes to the success of the organization by .
Analyses business, customer and supplier’s performance trends and suggest decisions on the follow-up actions
Provides an unrivalled service building strong relationships with each player, ensuring increased share of wallet across personal player base.
Work closely with various work units to ensure operations meets excellence
Liaise with different work units to ensure future strategic partnership that would enhance the Company’s positioning in the market and improve the bottom line
Developing the marketing strategy for the company and ensure that the strategy is in line with company objectives.
Reviews and recommends work programs, marketing proposals, promotional events, and budget estimates for the functional marketing supervision organs under his responsibility and controls their efficiencies.
Establishes, operates, monitors , evaluates and periodically reports statuses of customer relation activities, marketing campaigns of the company;
Identifies plans and coordinate marketing opportunities by classifying customer requirements following up opportunities that are created by meeting agents, clients, and potential customers.
Guiding marketing activities for creating opportunities and advise on new marketing segments, prospects and delivery lines
Ensures that quarter budget of the Company is prepared on time and monitors the actual spending with the budget and reports significant variances for management action;
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for agents and measuring results for comparison and recommending corrective measures on effectiveness of conducted Campaigns.
Manage and monitor effectiveness of marketing communications, brand management and corporate identity.
Advice on research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projection aspects towards companies marketing strategies, promotion methods, new marketing lines and opportunities.
Leads, coordinates and facilitates advertising team activities;
Reviews and recommends advertising proposals, action plans, and related tasks;
Reviews and recommends need and market assessment of promotional giveaway materials;
Initiates, develops, and reviews new sales promotion initiatives, schemes and incentive programs used to capture key market potentials;
Ensures proper assessment is made on sales promotion campaigns regularly
Provides feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure we remain competitive within the market.
Identifies key triggers to sell site promos and level rewards in order to increase player engagement and market share.
Attends and hosts events, representing the company in the highest possible regard, ensuring player satisfaction and post event follow up to realize ROI.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of brand, site, promos and rewards ensuring all player queries are dealt with at the highest possible level and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Provides accurate inter-departmental reporting on numbers of contacts and anticipate future levels of contacts
Identifies mid-level players and corresponding triggers to deliver them to the next level.
Use daily reports to create and execute a daily plan with a clear agenda and target focused KPIs
Identifies gaps and predicts player performance to meet monthly targets.
Performs other related duties as required.
Marketing Head Requirements and Qualifications
BA Degree- Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management or Accounting
7 Years years’ previous experience in Digital Marketing Specialist or a related field
