THE ROLE

Visionary is seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth and brand authority. As an agency veteran, you will be responsible for securing high-value production contracts and positioning Visionary as the premier production partner for corporate giants (Banking, Telecom, FMCG) and top-tier advertising agencies.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience: 3–6 years of professional agency experience (Marketing or Account Management).

• Network: An existing portfolio of contacts within the Ethiopian corporate and advertising landscape.

• Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional professional writing and speaking skills in both Amharic and English.

• Industry Context: Deep understanding of the film/media production market.
