Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage marketing and sales development activities. The candidate will be responsible for market expansion, brand positioning, sales performance improvement, and supervision of the marketing and sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and competitors

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate sales and marketing team performance

• Set sales targets, monitor sales pipelines, and improve conversion rates

• Strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, dealers, and project owners

• Plan and execute promotional activities (digital marketing, exhibitions, site visits, product launches)

• Manage, quotations, and contract negotiations in coordination with management

• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for senior management

• Coordinate with production and finance departments to ensure demand planning and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth

• Experience in digital marketing and CRM/sales tracking systems is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
