The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and client engagement activities to promote the Company’s securities brokerage services, expand the client base, and enhance brand awareness, while ensuring compliance with ECMA directives, advertising standards, and the Company’s internal policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for securities brokerage and capital market services in line with approved strategies.
Support client acquisition and retention initiatives targeting institutional and retail clients.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and communications in compliance with ECMA advertising and disclosure requirements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and client needs.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and awareness programs related to capital market services.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client outreach for reporting and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with compliance and management teams to ensure marketing content meets regulatory and internal approval requirements.
Prepare periodic marketing performance and activity reports for management review.
Support customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and client communication processes.
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Training or certification in financial services marketing or capital markets is an added advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in marketing, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably within financial institutions or capital market service providers.
Experience in marketing financial products or services are highly desirable

Good understanding of capital market services and financial products.
Knowledge of ECMA directives related to advertising, disclosure, and client communication.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and market research skills.
