Job Requirements:

• Education: 12th grade completed

• Experience: 1 year experience on marketing and related areas

• Quantity Required: 10

• Salary: ETB net 7,000/month + Sales Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote the organization's products and services.

• Communicate with customers in person and via phone.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.

• Support promotional and marketing activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Maintain customer records and submit regular activity reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.

• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .The team will work as an Institutional Outreach Team
