The Junior Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and foster long-term client engagement. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, digital ads, and presentation decks.

  • Manage daily operations across social media platforms including scheduling posts and monitoring community engagement.

  • Conduct routine market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting customer preferences.

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to generate insights that inform marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Fluent in Amharic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software).

  • Soft Skills: A "self-starter" mindset with the ability to navigate the "VUCA" (volatile/uncertain) nature of a growing tech company. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are essential for client-facing tasks.
