Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the production of high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, digital ads, and presentation decks.
Manage daily operations across social media platforms including scheduling posts and monitoring community engagement.
Conduct routine market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting customer preferences.
Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to generate insights that inform marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Fluent in Amharic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software).
Soft Skills: A "self-starter" mindset with the ability to navigate the "VUCA" (volatile/uncertain) nature of a growing tech company. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are essential for client-facing tasks.
