Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and video calls, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Conduct thorough industry research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.

Manage and grow our presence across social platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance metrics.

Develop engaging scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and client presentations that align with our brand voice.

Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to final reporting.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field of study

• Experience: 1 year or more of relevant work experience

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills for client-facing phone interactions.

• Strong creative writing skills with an eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.

• Proficiency with social media management tools and office software.
