Job Summary

A Female Morocco & Spa Massage Specialist is responsible for providing professional Moroccan bath, spa, and massage services while ensuring customer comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in any health related field of study

• Certificate or training in spa therapy, massage, or beauty therapy is preferred

Experience:

• 2-5 years

• Previous spa or massage experience is an advantage

• Experience in hotel or spa industry is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist spa guests professionally and politely

• Provide Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatment services

• Perform body massage and relaxation treatments

• Prepare spa rooms, massage oils, towels, and equipment before service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all spa areas

• Ensure clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied during treatments

• Follow company spa procedures and safety guidelines

• Recommend suitable spa treatments and products to clients

• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally

• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy

• Monitor and restock spa supplies when necessary

• Work closely with the spa and hotel team for quality service delivery

• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

• Support customer retention through excellent service

Skills & Competencies
