Role Summary  

We are hiring a senior-level master trainer to lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of leadership and personal development training programs.  

This role is not for motivational speakers or entry-level trainers.  

The master trainer will:  

  • Translate leadership and personal development theory into practical, behavior-based learning.  

  • Build the capacity of trainers and facilitators through Training-of-Trainers (ToT).  

  • Own training quality, facilitation standards, and learner outcomes across programs.  

  • This is a systems-oriented role focused on scalability, consistency, and measurable impact.  

Key Responsibilities  

Training Design & Delivery  

  • Design and deliver leadership and personal development programs grounded in adult learning principles.  

  • Ensure content is practical, culturally relevant, and adaptable to contexts.  

Quality Assurance & Learning Outcomes    

  • Monitor learner performance and behavioral outcomes.  

  • Collect feedback and continuously improve curricula and delivery models.  

  • Ensure training consistency across digital, blended, and offline formats.  

Strategic Contribution  

  • Advise leadership on adult learning innovation and leadership development strategy.  

  • Collaborate with content, technology, and operations teams to align learning systems.  

  • Uphold safeguarding, ethical training practices, data protection, and responsible AI use.  

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications  

  • +5 years of proven experience delivering leadership and personal development training, and extensive senior-level training experience    

  • Demonstrated experience as a lead trainer or master trainer  

  • Deep mastery of adult learning and facilitation methodologies  

  • Ability to translate theory into observable leadership behaviors  

  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability  

  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity  

  • Experience with digital, blended, and offline learning tools  

  • Strong ethical standards and a learner-centered mindset  

  • Experience working with youth, educators, NGOs, CSOs, or education-focused institutions is strongly preferred.
