Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct material testing (soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel, etc.) to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Review and approve material sources, suppliers, and mix designs.

• Supervise laboratory and field tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

• Monitor material usage on-site to prevent wastage and ensure sustainability.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and quality control records.

• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve material-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to international and local construction standards.

• Provide technical guidance on innovative and cost-effective material solutions.

• Conduct inspections of construction sites to verify proper material application.
