Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• 2 years for Bachelor's Degree and 0 years for Master's Degree holders

Quantity Required: 6

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop mechanical engineering designs for building and construction projects.

• Prepare mechanical layouts, plans, sections, details, schematics, and construction drawings.

• Perform engineering calculations for equipment selection, duct sizing, pipe sizing, air flow, cooling/heating loads, and system capacities.

• Prepare equipment schedules, material schedules, and technical documentation.

• Perform quantity take-offs from BIM models and support the preparation of BOQs and cost estimates.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic Knowledge of BIM model development, model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination
