Position Title: Media and Communications Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Media and Communications Service Provider to support media engagement and communication activities for the conference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media outreach plans.

• Coordinate relationships with local and regional media houses.

• Facilitate press conferences and media briefings.

• Create real-time social media content.

• Prepare post-event media reports.

• Manage print, broadcast, digital, and social media communications.

Deliverables

• Comprehensive media coverage report.

• Documentation of all media placements and communications activities.
