The Medical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and medical staff of a healthcare organization. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance and aligning with the organization’s strategic goals. The Medical Director acts as a bridge between administration and clinical staff, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Provide guidance and leadership to physicians and clinical teams.

• Set standards for medical practice and ensure evidence-based care.

• Collaborate with administrative leadership on resource planning, budgeting, and strategy.

• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate medical staff.

• Resolve conflicts and promote teamwork among healthcare providers.

• Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure patient safety and ethical medical practices.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine profession with Internist or G/Surgeon or Pediatrician or Gynecologist Specialty

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years and above work experience in the field. (Work clearance & professional license is mandatory.)

• Language: speaking Afaan Oromoo is a plus.
