Vacancy Announcement: Medical Equipment Sale Representative

Location: Addis Ababa (with occasional regional travel)

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent after probation)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables

  • Identify and approach potential clients (clinics, hospitals, labs, etc.)

  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations

  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders

  • Provide responsive and knowledgeable first-line customer support

  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Track market trends and provide insight for business growth

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacy

  • Expereince: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in medical equipment sales

Required Skills:

  • Strong network within the local healthcare sector and an extended network capable of bringing in immediate customers

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Familiar with the Ethiopian medical equipment business and market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
